Wellness Assessment Appointment
- Enjoy a complimentary assessment experience on your first booking (within the promotional period).
- Bookings must be made at least 2 working days in advance.
- Once your booking request is successful, a confirmation email and relevant details will be sent to your email address.
- The assessment experience and report retrieval must be completed via the LIVE4WELL App. Upon arrival at the LIVE4WELL Intelligent Health Assessment Centre, please download the LIVE4WELL App and register as a member (on-site staff will be available to assist you).
