Lunge-lands: In this vast desert landscape, your survival depends on developing spinal strength and flexibility through lunge exercises. The shifting sands of Lunge-lands pose a unique challenge, encouraging you to engage your core and lower body in each movement, ultimately helping you traverse this daunting terrain.
Fitness note: Lunges are excellent for improving leg strength and flexibility. They work your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Make sure your knee doesn't go beyond your toes when performing lunges.
