1. Definitions 定義

1.1 "Company" refers to Dynamic Universe Smart Management Limited, operating under the LIVE4WELL brand.
1.2 "VIV PASS" refers to the membership service plans offered by the Company, comprising two tiers: VIV-GO and VIV-LIVE.
1.3 "Pre-order Period" refers to the period from the date of purchase until the official commencement date of membership.
1.4 "Member" refers to any person who has successfully purchased a VIV PASS.
1.5 "Sweat Points" refers to reward points earned by Members through exercise and health activities.
1.6 "WELLshop" refers to the points redemption platform provided by the Company.

1.2 「VIV PASS」指本公司提供之會員服務計劃，包括 VIV-GO 及 VIV-LIVE 兩個級別。
1.3 「預購期」指由購買日起至會籍正式生效日期之期間。
1.4 「會員」指成功購買 VIV PASS 之人士。
1.5 「Sweat Points」指會員透過運動及健康活動獲得之積分獎勵。
1.6 「WELLshop」指本公司提供之積分兌換平台。

2. Pre-order Arrangements 預購安排

2.1 All VIV PASS memberships purchased during the Pre-order Period are pre-order in nature.
2.2 Memberships are expected to commence officially on January 1, 2026 ("Expected Commencement Date").
2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the commencement date. In the event of any changes, the Company will endeavor to notify Members within a reasonable time.
2.4 The membership validity period is one year, calculated from the actual commencement date, not the purchase date.

2.1 所有於預購期內購買之 VIV PASS 會籍屬預購性質。
2.2 會籍預計於 2026年1月1日正式生效（「預計生效日期」）。
2.3 本公司保留更改生效日期之權利。如有更改，本公司將盡力於合理時間內通知會員。
2.4 會籍有效期為一年，由實際生效日期起計算，而非購買日期。

Total of 3 sessions per year of AI fundus analysis, body scanning and pain point analysis, or visceral fat detection (freely combinable)
64 AI exercise training programs
AI motion capture with real-time correction
Priority access to professional medical referral services
Eligibility for future insurance benefits

3.3 Limited services available during Pre-order Period:

Participation in designated member activities
Priority experience of selected features
Pre-order exclusive rewards

4. Sweat Points System 積分制度

4.1 Members earn Sweat Points through daily exercise, health screenings, and participation in activities.
4.2 Redemption rate: 2000 Sweat Points = HKD $1.
4.3 Points may be redeemed at WELLshop for products and services including but not limited to:

WELL Gears (sports equipment)
WELL Training (training programs)
WELL Programs (health programs)
WELL Supplements (nutritional supplements)
WELL Travel (travel products)
WELL Finance (financial services)
WELL Electronics (electronic products)

4.1 會員透過日常運動、健康檢測及參與活動賺取 Sweat Points。
4.2 積分兌換率：2000 Sweat Points = 港幣 $1。
4.3 積分可於 WELLshop 兌換產品及服務，包括但不限於：

WELL Gears（運動裝備）
WELL Training（訓練課程）
WELL Programs（健康計劃）
WELL Supplements（營養補充品）
WELL Travel（旅遊產品）
WELL Finance（金融服務）
WELL Electronics（電子產品）

5. AI Health Services Terms of Use AI 健康服務使用條款

5.1 AI health assessments and recommendations are for reference only and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis.
5.2 Members should consult qualified healthcare professionals for any health concerns.
5.3 AI exercise guidance should be used in accordance with individual physical condition. Discontinue immediately if discomfort occurs.

5.1 AI 健康評估及建議僅供參考，不能取代專業醫療診斷。
5.2 會員應就任何健康問題諮詢合資格醫護人員。
5.3 AI 運動指導須配合個人身體狀況使用，如感不適應立即停止。

6. Payment and Renewal 付款及續約

6.1 Members must pay the full annual fee upon purchase.
6.2 Pre-order promotional prices:

VIV-GO: HKD $388/year
VIV-LIVE: HKD $788/year

6.3 Prices may be adjusted after official launch.
6.4 Fees paid are non-refundable unless the Company fails to provide the relevant services.

7. Terms & Conditions 服務條款及細則

7. Service Activation
7.1 The Company will notify Members via registered email and/or SMS before membership commencement.
7.2 Members must download the LIVE4WELL mobile application and complete the registration process to activate membership.
7.3 Certain services require smartphones with specific features (such as cameras, sensors, etc.).

8. Service Changes and Availability
8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service content at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any material service changes.
8.3 The Company will endeavor to ensure service quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8.4 System maintenance schedules will be announced in advance, during which some services may be suspended.

9. Data Use and Privacy
9.1 The Company processes Members' personal and health data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Members consent to the Company using their data for the following purposes:

Providing personalized health recommendations
Improving service quality
Anonymous data analysis
Sharing with partners (with Member consent)

10. Disclaimer
10.1 Members understand and agree that use of the services is at their own risk.
10.2 The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of services.
10.3 The Company bears no responsibility for service delays or interruptions due to force majeure.
10.4 The quality of third-party products or services is the responsibility of the respective suppliers.

11. Membership Transfer
11.1 Membership is personal and non-transferable.
11.2 The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate membership if unauthorized transfer or sharing is detected.

12. Termination
12.1 The Company may immediately terminate membership without refund if Members violate these terms.
12.2 Members may terminate membership at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.
12.3 Unused Sweat Points expire immediately upon termination.

13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All content on the LIVE4WELL platform is protected by copyright.
13.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use platform content.

14. Governing Law
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved by Hong Kong courts.

15. Amendments
15.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.2 The latest version will be published at www.live4well.io.
15.3 Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
