Mong Kok Stadium, which seats 6,000 and serves as a regular venue for Hong Kong Premier League Football matches, will be the site of featured games, including the opening game, semifinals and medal games, as well as opening and closing ceremonies. The stadium was renovated in 2011 and has hosted international soccer and rugby competition.
