• “You”, “User” refers to anyone using this website or purchasing products.
2. Membership Requirement
• Only registered LIVE4WELL members are eligible to use WELLshop.
• We may require members to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to access certain services or products.
3. User Obligations
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and purchase;
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• Membership and account privileges may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
4. Products and Pricing
• Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and may change without notice;
• Images are for reference only, actual products may differ;
• Errors in pricing or descriptions may result in order cancellation.
5. Orders and Payment
• Orders confirmed via email after successful payment;

• Orders are processed only upon receipt of payment.
6. Shipping and Returns

• Returns accepted only for unused, unopened products in original packaging;

• Continued use of WELLshop after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.
