7. Service Activation
7.1 The Company will notify Members via registered email and/or SMS before membership commencement.
7.2 Members must download the LIVE4WELL mobile application and complete the registration process to activate membership.
7.3 Certain services require smartphones with specific features (such as cameras, sensors, etc.).

8. Service Changes and Availability
8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service content at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any material service changes.
8.3 The Company will endeavor to ensure service quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8.4 System maintenance schedules will be announced in advance, during which some services may be suspended.

9. Data Use and Privacy
9.1 The Company processes Members' personal and health data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Members consent to the Company using their data for the following purposes:

  • Providing personalized health recommendations

  • Improving service quality

  • Anonymous data analysis

  • Sharing with partners (with Member consent)

10. Disclaimer
10.1 Members understand and agree that use of the services is at their own risk.
10.2 The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of services.
10.3 The Company bears no responsibility for service delays or interruptions due to force majeure.
10.4 The quality of third-party products or services is the responsibility of the respective suppliers.

11. Membership Transfer
11.1 Membership is personal and non-transferable.
11.2 The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate membership if unauthorized transfer or sharing is detected.

12. Termination
12.1 The Company may immediately terminate membership without refund if Members violate these terms.
12.2 Members may terminate membership at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.
12.3 Unused Sweat Points expire immediately upon termination.

13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All content on the LIVE4WELL platform is protected by copyright.
13.2 Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use platform content.

14. Governing Law
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved by Hong Kong courts.

15. Amendments
15.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.2 The latest version will be published at www.live4well.io.
15.3 Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended terms.

7.2 會員須下載 LIVE4WELL 流動應用程式並完成註冊程序以啟動會籍。
7.3 部分服務需要智能手機具備特定功能(如鏡頭、感應器等)。

8. 服務變更及可用性
8.1 本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或終止任何服務內容之權利。
8.2 如服務出現重大變更,本公司將提前30天通知會員。
8.3 本公司將竭力確保服務質素,但不保證服務不受干擾或完全沒有錯誤。
8.4 系統維護時間將預先通知,期間部分服務可能暫停。

9. 數據使用及私隱
9.1 本公司根據私隱政策處理會員個人及健康資料。
9.2 會員同意本公司使用其數據作以下用途:

  • 提供個人化健康建議

  • 改善服務質素

  • 匿名數據分析

  • 與合作夥伴分享(需會員同意)

10. 免責聲明
10.1 會員明白並同意使用本服務之風險由會員自行承擔。
10.2 本公司不對因使用服務而引起的任何直接或間接損失負責。
10.3 因不可抗力因素導致服務延誤或中斷,本公司不承擔責任。
10.4 第三方產品或服務的質量由相關供應商負責。

11. 會籍轉讓
11.1 會籍屬個人性質,不得轉讓予他人。
11.2 如發現會籍被非法轉讓或共用,本公司有權即時終止會籍。

12. 終止
12.1 如會員違反本條款,本公司有權即時終止其會籍而不作退款。
12.2 會員可隨時終止會籍,惟已繳費用概不退還。
12.3 終止後,未使用之 Sweat Points 即時失效。

13. 知識產權
13.1 LIVE4WELL 平台所有內容均受版權保護。
13.2 會員不得複製、分發或商業使用平台內容。

14. 管轄法律
14.1 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
14.2 如有任何爭議,雙方同意由香港法院裁決。

15. 修訂
15.1 本公司保留隨時修訂本條款及細則之權利。
15.2 最新版本將於 www.live4well.io 公佈。
15.3 繼續使用服務即表示接受修訂後之條款。
