The personal data you provide voluntarily, will be used by Cyberport, eHealth Consortium, and LIVE4WELL (collectively, the "Organizers") for the following purposes.  閣下自願性提供的個人資料將由數碼港、電子健康聯盟及LIVE4WELL（「主辦機構」）用於以下用途：

Event Management 活動管理: Processing event registration, attendance confirmation, on-site check-in, and related administrative arrangements.

Communication 通訊聯絡: Contacting you regarding event arrangements, changes, or cancellations, including sending event reminders, confirmation messages, and post-event follow-ups.

Event Documentation 活動記錄: Photography,  audio, or video recording may take place during the event, and such materials may be used for the Organizers' promotional or reporting purposes.
活動期間可能進行拍照、錄音或錄影，相關影像可能用於主辦機構的宣傳或報告用途。

Future Event Promotion 未來活動推廣:
By reading this, I consent to receive information about future events, health initiatives, and news from the Organizers. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
閱讀此內容即表示我同意接收來自主辦方的未來活動、健康倡議和新聞信息。閣下可以隨時通過任何電子郵件中的退訂鏈接選擇退出。

Data Sharing & Protection 資料共享與保護: The Organizers will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your personal data is properly protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
主辦機構將採取適當的技術和組織措施，確保閣下的個人資料得到妥善保護，防止未經授權的存取、使用或披露。

Data Retention 資料保存期限: Your personal data will be retained for no more than 3 years after the event, or until the above purposes are fulfilled, whichever is earlier. 

閣下的個人資料將在活動結束後保存不超過3年，或直至完成上述用途為止，以較早者為準。

Access and Correction Rights 查閱及更正權利: You have the right to access and correct your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the event secretariat.
